Servant Cafe and special event recipes
Enjoy fellowship and a variety of gourmet coffees, teas, juices, and homemade breakfast breads with friends, family, and visitors every Sunday at our Servant Café. We invite you to relax with your breakfast just inside the main entrance at The Gathering Place and in Fellowship Hall West. We serve organic and direct trade coffee roasted by PT’s Coffee Co. in Topeka, KS (2009 Roaster of the Year) and from Black Dog Coffeehouse in Lenexa, KS and Republic of Tea teas. Once a month we offer hot “Special Breakfast” a la carte items prepared at the cafe for a recommended donation amount of no more than $1.50 per serving.
The Servant Cafe is closed on Sunday September 26, our Into the Woods weekend.
The Servant Café is closed on Labor Day, Memorial Day, & 4th of July weekends.
We have WiFi in the off court rooms and Fellowship Hall. See a staff member for the password to log on to the network.
Our menu prices reflect a recommended donation amount. Any proceeds will go towards UMC global ministries (Connectional Giving through Apportionments) or a special local mission project.
